The Cooper-Atkins model 32322-K is the Enhanced Resolution EconoTemp Thermocouple Thermometer is designed for food service and general industry. The powerful microprocessor delivers speed and reliability and a unique memory which stores the calibration settings and will virtually never need recalibration.   We recommend the model 50336 Type K Probe for most food related users.
