Our T220-2-8-TI test thermometers feature a 15 second response time and a vessel clip for holding the thermometer to the side of a pot or other vessel.  The vessel clip slides up and down the length of the stem allowing you to adjust the depth of the stem tip in your pan or other vessel.  Once the depth is set, simply clip the thermometer to the side of your pan or vessel.
