AquaTuff™ 35232-N, 35235, and 35240-N Wrap&Stow Thermometers

The AquaTuff™ 35200 series with the DuraNeedle, Bell Surface or MicroNeedle Wrap&Stow™ probe is the right choice when accuracy is your top priority. Total System Accuracy™ ensures this thermometer and probe combination will measure temperatures within a high accuracy. The probe is calibrated with the instrument to deliver a TRUE ±0.9F° accuracy for the 35232 and 35240 and requires no additional calibration - ever!  The heavy-duty patented probe cable is reinforced with Kevlar® and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

The model 35232-N thermometer includes the model 55032-N DuraNeedle probe and is best used for dense meats and soft frozen foods.  They also work well with soft foods and liquids.

The model 35240-N includes the model 55040-N MicroNeedle probe which offers the quickest response with minimal impact on the product. Ideal for small products and semi-solid products.

The model 35235 includes the model 55035 Bell Surface probe and is used for taking measurements of any flat surface. The Bell self-orients to a surface to give superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens. With any surface measure, a small drop of oil or grease is recommended to aid in heat transfer to the bell sensor.

Temperature Accuracy:  +2.7°F & -6.3°F (+1.5°C & -3.5°C) on draft-free, flat, oiled surface in ambient temperatures between 68° to 86°F (20° to 30°C)
